Privacy and data use

Privacy Policy

How Florida Health Agents handles information submitted through this website and the services used to operate it.

Information you provide

Florida Health Agents may collect information you voluntarily submit through our Contact Form 7 inquiry form, including your name, email address, optional phone number, coverage interest, preferred contact method, and optional message.

We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry, communicate about requested insurance guidance, and maintain reasonable business and service records.

Keep sensitive information out of the form

Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, medication details, member or policy IDs, Social Security numbers, financial account details, or other sensitive health or identity information through the website.

Analytics, cookies, and security

We use Google Analytics and related privacy-conscious conversion measurement to understand website use, referral sources, page activity, and consultation intent. The current measurement design is intended to use limited event information and not send contact-form contents or direct personal identifiers to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics, WordPress, security services, and other technical providers may use cookies, local storage, log data, or similar technologies needed for analytics, security, site performance, and basic functionality. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect website features.

The contact form currently uses Cloudflare Turnstile or similar anti-spam and security processing to distinguish legitimate activity from automated abuse. Technical information such as IP address, browser details, device information, and security signals may be processed for these purposes.

Third-party services and providers

Calendly is available as a third-party scheduling service. Information submitted through Calendly is handled under Calendly’s own terms and privacy practices. Links to other third-party websites or services are governed by their respective policies.

We may use hosting, website, analytics, security, scheduling, email, and other technical providers to operate the site and respond to inquiries. These providers may process information on our behalf where reasonably necessary to provide their services.

Sale, retention, and security

Florida Health Agents does not sell personal information. We retain inquiry and technical information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legitimate business operations, security, dispute prevention, or legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the website and the information involved. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit the contact form and may instead call or schedule a consultation. You can use browser controls to manage cookies and similar technologies. You may also ask us to update or delete information you previously submitted, subject to reasonable verification and any legitimate retention obligations.

To make a privacy request or ask a question about this policy, use the canonical Contact page. Please do not include sensitive personal or health information in the request.
